BAKING, SECTION M

All baking articles to be completely homemade and done by the exhibitor. No mixes to be used.

Please note articles to be displayed on small firm 6” “disposable plates”. NO GLASS. Use clear Ziploc bag or clear plastic bag with twist tie. Entry tag to be attached with tape or elastic fully labeled, but no pins or staples. If new Exhibitor Put “New” Top Right Corner of Tag.

1st-$5 (5 pts.), 2nd-$4 (3 pts.), 3rd-$3 (2 pts.)

9. small cake (8 x8) - fair theme “Hometown Harvest” Judged on decoration only

10. Your favourite fudge- 3 pieces

11. Your favourite chocolate candy- 3 pieces

12. Homemade Apple Pie 6” Lattice Top Glass pie plate

13. Your favourite “popcorn” Treat, Recipe attached- clear ziplock bag

14.Peanut Butter balls-3 in memory of Gwen Good additional $5 for 1st prize donated by Homecraft

15. plain butter tarts-6 (no nuts or fruit.) Must be homemade pastry. Winner will move on to District Competition
